​Abstract Submission for Individual Presentation

  • The conference features two types of individual presentations: Oral and Poster

  • Click on the submission button to access the abstract submission form.

  • Specify  the type of submission (oral/poster) and language of presentation (English/Mandarin Chinese/Either).

  • The abstract may be written in English or Chinese. The English abstract should be 250-300 words in length; the Chinese abstract should be about 500 words in length. The abstract should include the research question, methods, and findings.

  • 本研討會個人論文發表分成兩種形式:口頭發表和海報發表

Oral / Poster Abstract 
Submission

Abstract Submission for Self-Organized Panels

  • Click on the submission button to access the self-organized panel submission form.

  • Specify the panel theme and description, the information on convener and chairperson,  and language of presentation (English/Mandarin Chinese/Either).

  • The self-organized panel should include 3-4 presentations on a common theme, the convener should submit the form with the abstracts from each presentation.

  • The abstract may be written in English or Chinese. The English abstract should be 250-300 words in length; the Chinese abstract should be about 500 words in length. The abstract should include the research question, methods, and findings.

自組論壇發表投稿

  • 自組論壇發表須包含三至四篇主題相關的論文,由召集人代表繳交發表計畫。計畫提交必須包括召集人、論壇主持人及所有發表人姓名與完整的聯絡資料、論壇主題、整體發表計畫 (500字以內)、以及個別成員發表摘要 。

  • 摘要投稿檔案中應包含「標題」「摘要」及「關鍵字」(中、英文皆可),中文摘要篇幅以500字左右為宜,英文摘要以300字左右為佳。內容須包含研究問題、研究方法和結果。

Guidelines

 
  • The abstract may be written in English or Chinese. The font should be in Times New Roman, size 12. The line spacing should be 1.5 lines. The abstract should abide by the formatting specifications of APA 7th edition .

  • ​Upon submission, the author(s) agree to take public responsibility for the abstract submitted, including and not limited to the authenticity and research ethics of the work.

  • The results shall be notified via email before 2021/09/01; presenter should register on the conference website before 2021/10/20 (Wednesday)​

  • 摘要投稿檔案所有內容之中文字體需為標楷體或新細明體,英文字型為Times New Roman,字體大小為12,1.5倍行高,使用英式英文或者美式英語的拼法及合適的專業術語,以APA7格式進行撰寫。

  • ​摘要投稿視同作者本人確定投稿內容為自行書寫,內容與資料來源符合學術規範,並為書寫之內容負責。

  • 論文摘要經審查合格者,將於110年9月1日前以email郵件通知,並請於110年10月20日(星期三)前至研討會報名頁面報名

Presentation:

  • Poster Presentation: Poster racks will be provided by the conference organizers; poster presenters are requested to attend the whole designated session (80 minutes) to discuss their work.  The specification of the poster size is TBA.

  • Oral Presentation: The conference organizers should assign the presentations to different sessions by the topic and language of presentation. Each session will consist of 3-5 presentations and each presentation will be allocated with 15 minutes, followed by a joint discussion period of 20 minutes. 

報告方式:

  • 海報:會場將提供海報展示架,場次時間80分鐘。

  • 口頭報告:由主辦單位分配接受文章至不同場次;場次分為中文或英文發表,每場次80分鐘,每篇發表15分鐘,最後討論20分鐘。

Registration/Rates

 
  • The registration system will be open after the acceptance letters have been sent.

  • The Early Bird Registration is before 2021/09/30. Regular registration, at full conference rates, will start on 2021/10/01 and end on 2021/10/20.

  • ​研討會註冊系統將在摘要審查通知寄出後開放。

  • 在2021/09/30前註冊可享早鳥優惠;2021/10/01至2021/10/20間註冊者為一般註冊費。
